At Wolt, we're on a mission to make cities a better place to live with the help of technology. As our Support Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our customer service operations in Norway.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of 20+ Support Associates, identifying talent and creating an environment for growth and development.
  • Develop and implement clear guidelines for efficient handling of customer interactions, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Set targets and drive results, leading by example and setting the standard for exceptional customer service.
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer and partner needs, ensuring seamless customer journeys.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to meet business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Leadership experience in a high-paced environment, with a background in customer service.
  • Data-driven approach, with ability to analyze metrics and drive results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, with excellent writing and speaking skills.
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems, with a positive attitude and can-do approach.
