Senior Account Executive

About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our Sales organization in Norway (Oslo). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the Commercial industry, primarily in Telco, Manufacturing, and Energy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Manage and grow an existing set of accounts within the Commercial industry.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to execute them.
- Sell software, solutions, and services to current and prospective customers.
- Collaborate with other sales and pre-sales teams to position and leverage sales opportunities.
- Direct complex sales opportunities, including implementation plans and coordination of internal and/or external services.
- Prepare quotations and proposal information as needed, and work with other departments to create and finalize contracts.
Requirements
- Experience in selling complex software solutions and services to business owners and IT stakeholders.
- Proven track record of driving sales processes within the Telco, Manufacturing, Energy, Utilities, or Retail industries.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and evaluate territory dynamics and develop sales plans.
- Fluent in Norwegian and English.
- Knowledge of analytics solutions and/or Cloud and services preferred.
