Sales Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets by identifying and qualifying new opportunities, scheduling and conducting customer meetings, and negotiating business proposals.
- Source and qualify leads through cold calling, emailing, and social networks to expand our client base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve internal processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuously learn about our product and services.
- Work closely with colleagues to provide ideas, feedback, and support to drive team success.
We're Looking for Someone with:
- Proven experience in outbound sales, with a strong attention to detail in managing sales pipelines and forecasting.
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably with SaaS platforms.
- Passion for driving business growth and identifying new opportunities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Self-motivation and a clear sense of urgency, with a track record of delivering results in a timely manner.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Fluency in Norwegian and English.
