Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Creator and Community Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our community management team, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing our H5P.org community by engaging, supporting, and empowering our user base, contributors, and stakeholders.

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Community Engagement: Promote the benefits and values of H5P within the community, act as the primary point of contact, establish partnerships, organize events, and foster a vibrant community environment.
  • Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content, maintain an up-to-date knowledge base, and facilitate user onboarding and knowledge sharing.
  • Community Growth: Develop strategies to expand the user base, contributors, and relevant partners, and continuously improve the processes for joining the H5P community.
  • Feedback Management: Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product development and improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong familiarity with open-source communities.
  • Prior experience managing and moderating online communities or user forums, and social media platforms.
  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills to manage inquiries, feedback, and concerns effectively.
  • A proven record of fostering and growing online communities.
  • Strong strategic communication skills.
  • Prior experience organizing and hosting community events, webinars, or conferences.
  • A proven track record of developing and curating engaging content.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or Education or other relevant degree.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of NOK 550,000 - 650,000 per year, depending on experience. Other benefits include:
