Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Analyst to join our team at TechnipFMC. As a key member of our Strategy Team, you will play a critical role in delivering strategic decision supports through business cases, market analysis, and project management.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain work instructions and documentation on sales processes
  • Review and analyze key sales processes, systems, and work instructions
  • Assist in the development of sales strategies and provide required forecast data for planning purposes
  • Track market trends and relevant industry news, and communicate key information to the sales team and management
  • Analyze research data from outside sources, formulate trends, and prepare findings for sales management
  • Investigate market opportunities and explore future applications of technology to sales and marketing operations
  • Formulate detailed business plans for strategic initiatives and participate in strategic unit/segment business cases
  • Consolidate market trends on competitors, business, vessels, assets, alliances, technologies, and strategic moves
  • Work with Corporate Development on strategic acquisitions as needed
  • Facilitate strategic discussions and participate in strategy discussions for an unit/segment

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in the related field
  • Strong Oil & Gas sector knowledge
  • Data analysis and visualization software: Tableau Software, Power BI
  • Process modeling and automation tools: Bizagi, Creatio
  • Productivity suites: Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
  • Business management software: SAP
  • Ability to work in a complex and international organization
  • Networking skills
  • Fluent in English
