About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Presales Manager to lead our extraordinary team of Solution Consultants in delivering outstanding, differentiated demos that meet and exceed prospect and customer expectations and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team of Solution Consultants to evaluate and develop sales strategy for each new opportunity.
  • Hire and retain top performers, build development plans, and coach the team to elevate individual and team performance.
  • Work with extended team members to ensure opportunity alignment, balance workload, and align to needs of Sales.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and methodologies, including new technologies at Workday, and provide strategic feedback to stakeholders and extended team.
  • Establish a strong collaborative partnership between the Presales team and the Sales organization, as well as other EMEA teams.

About You

We are looking for a proven Presales Solution Consultant with:

  • Proven experience in leading projects, working groups, and opportunity teams.
  • Demonstrable results in a high-growth environment.
  • Outstanding presentation and influencing skills to C-level audiences.
  • Ability to work with multiple collaborators and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Consistent achievement or overachievement of assigned goals and targets.
  • Success in mentoring coworkers and collaborating with others to achieve shared goals.
  • Fluency in English and one of the following languages: Danish, Finnish, Swedish, or Norwegian.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience managing a team of Solution Consultants or Presales teams.
  • 3+ years of experience managing teams.
