Sales Manager, Sr.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Oslo. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and managing a high-performing sales team, and executing a strategy to maximize revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of field sellers to achieve individual, team, and organizational quotas
- Develop and execute a strategy to drive revenue growth and maximize business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide coaching and guidance to direct reports to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
- Manage and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and drive growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to drive revenue and growth
- Proven sales management experience in a hyperscaler or public cloud environment
- Enterprise B2B sales experience with a track record of success
- Direct sales and indirect RTM experience
- Industry experience in Financial Services, Energy, or Manufacturing
- Consultative sales profile with experience in deal shaping and driving big deals
- Extensive cybersec experience, with a focus on network and WAN security
- Excellent Norwegian language proficiency required
- Experience with SaaS-based architectures and SASE technology
- Proven leader with the ability to create high-performing teams in a rapidly growing sales environment
