About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Oslo. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and managing a high-performing sales team, and executing a strategy to maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of field sellers to achieve individual, team, and organizational quotas
  • Develop and execute a strategy to drive revenue growth and maximize business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide coaching and guidance to direct reports to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Manage and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to drive revenue and growth
Requirements
  • Proven sales management experience in a hyperscaler or public cloud environment
  • Enterprise B2B sales experience with a track record of success
  • Direct sales and indirect RTM experience
  • Industry experience in Financial Services, Energy, or Manufacturing
  • Consultative sales profile with experience in deal shaping and driving big deals
  • Extensive cybersec experience, with a focus on network and WAN security
  • Excellent Norwegian language proficiency required
  • Experience with SaaS-based architectures and SASE technology
  • Proven leader with the ability to create high-performing teams in a rapidly growing sales environment
