About the Role

Lime Technologies AB is seeking an experienced sales leader to drive growth and success in the Norwegian market. As the Country Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building and coaching a sales team, and managing sales to achieve company goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth in the Norwegian market
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure success
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and industry knowledge
  • Manage sales performance, setting targets and tracking progress to achieve company goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in complex sales and customer interface, preferably in the SaaS industry
  • Strong marketing mindset and understanding of how sales and marketing work together
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Proven results in complex sales and generating new business in the SaaS industry
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English
