Collaborate with estimators to assist in estimating working hours required for projects globally, providing valuable input based on historical data and industry benchmarks. - Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP):

We are looking for a candidate with solid experience in planning (and possibly cost control) in the energy sector:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in working hour tracking, manpower allocation, and project planning is essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools - Primavera P6 knowledge is essential.
