About The Role

As a key member of the Louis Vuitton team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our stock management processes. This diverse role will involve managing delivery operations, preparing and replenishing stock quickly and accurately, as well as ensuring the right products are available on the shop floor to improve store efficiency and maximize the client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Stock Management: Maintain the stock inventory in perfect condition, ensuring an efficient and logical organization of all stock rooms (product and packaging).
  2. Delivery Operations: Manage the delivery process, preparing and replenishing stock quickly and accurately to meet business needs.
  3. Product Availability: Ensure the right products are available on the sales floor to improve store efficiency and maximize client satisfaction.
  4. Communication: Promptly update and communicate with the team regarding new stock arrivals and any discrepancies.
General Duties:
  1. Foster a culture of excellence by adhering to company policies and procedures.
  2. Develop strong relationships with the store team and contribute to achieving overall store objectives.
  3. Cultivate in-depth knowledge of the brand and its products.
  4. Embody Louis Vuitton's brand standards in terms of grooming and behavior.
