About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team at Opera Software. As a key member of our Mobile Performance Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns to drive user growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage user acquisition campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Analyze and report campaign performance regularly, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing towards performance KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-quality ad content tailored to each market and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor and manage ad spend to ensure efficient allocation within set budgets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in performance marketing to drive innovation and results.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Performance marketing or quantitative marketing roles.
  • Experience with Advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and measurement & analytical tools (such as Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Looker, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, branding, and copywriting.
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop out-of-the-box ad concepts that drive results.
  • Ability to work with spreadsheets/numbers to analyze ad performance, identify trends, and create well-structured and understandable reports.
  • Fluency in English is a must (able to write and speak fluently and idiomatically).
