Senior LCI Professional Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain efficient LCI workflows to meet contract requirements.
  • Ensure timely delivery of LCI services by monitoring progress and status.
  • Coordinate project reviews and verification of LCI certificates for equipment packages and commissioning.
  • Perform quality assurance checks on LCI delivery and progress reporting.
  • Conduct internal and external clarifications, ensuring alignment and facilitating status meetings.
  • Collaborate with discipline leads to provide necessary LCI data and documentation for maintenance and commissioning activities.
  • Identify and mitigate LCI-related risks, contributing to project success.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions on LCI requirements and systems.
  • Ensure experience transfer and lessons learned from projects to enhance company excellence.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in LCI management, preferably in project execution.
  • Strong understanding of LCI processes, requirements, and systems.
  • Extensive experience with LCI and engineering systems (Aveva or similar), with PIMS CMS being advantageous.
  • Proven ability to manage LCI information/data effectively.
  • Experience with dataflows, databases, and SQL.

  • Fluent English language skills, verbal and written.
  • Regulatory competence in the petroleum industry.
  • Multidisciplinary understanding and independent working style.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to drive progress.
