At Unist, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled researcher to join our team of experts in the field of integrated photonics and RF technology.

We are looking for a researcher with a strong background in experimental and theoretical integrated photonics and nonlinear optics, with a focus on microcombs. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of microwave systems and technology, including microwave oscillators.

The researcher will be responsible for designing and modeling electronic and photonic subsystems, as well as developing optical design and nanofabrication concepts for realizing photonic waveguides and circuits.

The position is part of our research group focused on developing novel ultra-low noise and high power hybrid integrated lasers and electro-optical frequency combs based on thin-film lithium tantalate photonics platform.
