We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Researcher in Environmental Economics and Sustainability to join our team at ECO Magazine. As a key member of our research department, you will be responsible for strengthening and further developing our economics expertise as applied to societal challenges and opportunities related to environmental economics, natural resources, and circular economies.
Main Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on environmental economics, natural resources, and circular economies, identifying key trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Develop and implement research projects, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to advance our understanding of these complex issues.
- Lead research projects, including designing, organizing, and carrying out projects, both practically and scientifically.
- Communicate research findings and recommendations to various audiences, including policymakers, industry leaders, and the general public.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in environmental economics, natural resources, and circular economies, applying this knowledge to inform our research and policy recommendations.
- PhD in Environmental Economics, Natural Resources Economics, or a related field, with several years of experience in research and analysis.
- Strong academic publication record, with a focus on environmental economics, natural resources, and circular economies.
- Proven experience in interdisciplinary project work, with the ability to design, organize, and carry out projects, both practically and scientifically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including policymakers, industry leaders, and the general public.
- Ability to work analytically and structured, even under time pressure, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- A dynamic and collaborative work environment, with opportunities to work on a wide range of research projects and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
