Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our engineering projects at Survitec.

The successful candidate will be responsible for project coordination, financial tracking, reporting, and document management to ensure the successful execution of design engineering and new product development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Prepare complex documents using various computer applications.
  • Gather and summarize data for special reports.
  • Create and manage a local document management system.
  • Draft and maintain technical and user documentation.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, track progress, and report to stakeholders.
  • Identify and evaluate risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints associated with each project.
  • Manage procurement and system orders.
  • Compile accurate and timely financial information for project tracking.
  • Provide general administration support to the Engineering leadership team.

  • Experience working independently with strong process understanding.
  • Strong accountability and commitment to meeting commitments.
  • Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders.
  • Effective time management and prioritization.
  • Adaptable and able to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
  • Problem-solving abilities in complex situations.
  • Ability to make sense of complex information and solve problems effectively.
  • Proficiency in using digital and technology applications for business development.
