Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our engineering projects. This role involves project coordination, financial tracking, reporting, and document management to ensure the successful execution of design engineering and new product development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare complex documents using various computer applications, such as Microsoft and Adobe.
  • Gather and summarize data for special reports.
  • Create and manage a local document management system for the department.
  • Draft and maintain technical and user documentation to high standards.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, track progress, and report to stakeholders.
  • Identify and evaluate risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints associated with each project.
  • Manage procurement and system orders, ensuring accuracy in bill of materials requirements.
  • Compile accurate and timely financial information for project tracking.
  • Provide general administration support to the Engineering leadership team.

  • Experience working independently, demonstrating a strong understanding of processes, systems, and meeting deadlines.
