Job Overview

Fugro is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Administrator to join our team in the Seawatch Service Line. As a key member of the Commercial Team, you will play a crucial role in the preparation and delivery of high-quality technical and commercial proposals and quotes to meet our clients' needs across the Europe-Africa region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review tender documents to accurately assess client requirements and needs.
  • Liaise with relevant Fugro personnel, departments, and external suppliers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Generate prequalification documents and coordinate the tender submission preparation process, including control of internal tender documentation.
  • Assist the aftersale function in generating quotes and coordinating the purchase order workflow.
  • Support the sales function of the Commercial Department and marketing/promotional activities.
  • Utilize Fugro's Customer Relationship Management system to assist the sales function along the L2C process.
  • Register clients in the vendor portal.

Requirements

  • Experience with international tenders is an advantage.
  • Education in technical/scientific subjects (e.g., oceanography, meteorology, mathematics, physics, marine sciences, or similar) is an advantage but not essential.
  • Excellent knowledge of Norwegian and English language (verbal and written).
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure to meet demanding deadlines.
  • Pro-active, positive, and flexible approach to work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel.
