Completion Manager – Study

We are seeking a highly skilled Completion Manager – Study & Tender to join our team at Techconsult AS. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive commissioning and preservation strategy for module-, construction- and offshore integration work.
- Lead and organize the Completion work required for project study and tender work, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the requirements of any applicable governing documents.
- Assist the Project Manager with tasks as required for project execution, providing expert guidance and support.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with customers, identifying and defining their expectations and needs.
- Develop and maintain a cost-conscious attitude to technical solutions and project activities, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Provide regular updates to the Project Manager on work status, schedule, and any concerns, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Develop and foster a positive team culture, promoting collaboration and open communication among team members.
- Represent Techconsult AS interests in all matters related to the project Completion work, ensuring the company's reputation and interests are protected.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Multidisciplinary competence, including construction and sound technical knowledge from engineering/front-end oil & gas business.
- University degree, MSc, or BSc with relevant experience – electrical/instrument/telecom. Relevant experience may compensate for formal education.
- Excellent knowledge of own discipline scope of work, deliverables, technology, and calculations.
- Effective leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Experience from Norwegian and/or international design developments, with a strong understanding of industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Fluent in English language, verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MIPS, and other relevant software applications.
