We are seeking a highly skilled Completion Manager to join our team at Techconsult AS. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of projects in the oil and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement early commissioning and preservation strategies for module, construction, and offshore integration work.
  2. Lead and organize Completion work required for project study and tender work, ensuring adherence to Aker Solutions governing documents.
  3. Collaborate with the Project Manager to execute project tasks and identify customer expectations.
  4. Establish cost-conscious attitudes to technical solutions and project activities, promoting efficient project execution.
  5. Regularly report to the Project Manager on work status, schedule, and any concerns.
  6. Develop and maintain a positive team spirit, fostering open communication and feedback.
  7. Represent Aker Solutions interests in all matters related to project Completion work.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  1. Multidiscipline competence, including construction and technical knowledge from engineering and front-end oil and gas business.
  2. University degree (MSc or BSc) with relevant experience, or relevant experience may compensate for formal education.
  3. Good knowledge of own discipline scope of work, deliverables, technology, and calculations.
  4. Effective leadership and decision-making skills.
  5. Experience from Norwegian and/or international design developments.
  6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  7. Fluent in English language, verbal and written.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
