About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Onshore Wind team at Ramboll. As a key member of our global engineering department, you will be responsible for leading and developing high-performing project teams, managing complex projects, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute onshore wind projects from initial planning through to commissioning.
  • Ensure all project goals are met, adhering to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, including Turbine Supply Agreements (TSA) and Balance of Plant (BoP) contracts.
  • Prepare and present project reports and financial metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Proactively identify and implement project execution improvements.
  • Prepare regular project status reports for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, financial records, and compliance documents.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
  • Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to address any issues that arise.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landowners, local communities, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Organize and attend public consultations and meetings to present project plans and address concerns.
About You

We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven individual with a proven track record in project management. You will have a minimum of 5-10 years of relevant professional experience in the onshore wind industry, with at least 2 years in a project management role. You will also have a Master's degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

You will be fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken, and have proficiency in project management software and tools. You will also have experience with commercial contract frameworks and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
