We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrification Project Manager to join our team at Sperton Global AS. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the completion work required for project study and tender work.
Key Responsibilities- Develop an Early Commissioning and Preservation Strategy: Create a comprehensive strategy for module, construction, and offshore integration work to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
- Lead Completion Work: Organize and manage the completion work required for project study and tender work, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
- Assist the Project Manager: Provide support to the Project Manager with tasks necessary for project execution, including identifying and defining customer expectations and establishing a strong working relationship with the customer.
- Promote a Cost-Conscious Approach: Encourage a cost-conscious approach to technical solutions and project activities, ensuring that all decisions are made with a focus on cost-effectiveness.
- Regular Reporting: Regularly report work status, schedules, and any concerns to the Project Manager, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date.
- Foster Team Spirit: Foster a positive and collaborative team environment through project talks, follow-ups, and feedback, ensuring that all team members are engaged and motivated.
- Represent Client Interests: Represent the client's interests in all project-related completion work, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
- Multidiscipline Competence: Possess multidiscipline competence including construction and strong technical knowledge from engineering/front-end oil & gas business.
- Effective Leadership: Demonstrate effective leadership and decision-making abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Experience in Norwegian and/or International Design Developments: Have experience in Norwegian and/or international design developments, with a strong understanding of own discipline scope of work, deliverables, technology, and calculations.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills and team-building capabilities, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluent in English: Be fluent in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Other CMSs: Possess proficiency in Microsoft Office and other CMSs, with the ability to use these tools to manage and analyze data.
- University Degree or Relevant Experience: Hold a university degree, MSc, or BSc with relevant experience, or have relevant experience that may compensate for formal education.
