  • Present research findings at international conferences and in the doctoral dissertation.

Qualifications

  • A relevant academic background in project management, real estate, construction management, business administration, or healthcare management.
  • A five-year degree program equivalent to 120 credits at the master's level.
  • A strong academic record, with an average grade of B or better, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Knowledge of engineering, healthcare, and/or innovation fields.
  • Proficiency in sustainability concepts.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in project-oriented industries.
  • Familiarity with the Norwegian architecture, engineering, and construction industry.

  • Motivated and ambitious, with a willingness to explore new avenues.
  • Collaborative and open-minded, capable of receiving and integrating feedback.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating personal accountability.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Enthusiastic about sharing knowledge on both national and international platforms.

What We Offer

  • Engaging and intellectually stimulating tasks within a vibrant international academic community.
  • A supportive and collaborative work environment with dedicated colleagues.
  • Attractive employment terms in accordance with institutional policies.
