Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Quality Management Systems: Design, implement, and manage quality management systems that meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead Quality Initiatives: Develop and execute annual quality plans, drive continuous improvement, and establish key performance indicators to measure quality performance.
- Manage Quality Processes: Oversee quality processes and workflows across business units, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including project managers, consultants, and clients, to ensure quality awareness and compliance.
- Establish and Report on Key Performance Indicators: Develop and report on key performance indicators to measure quality performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Organizational Development, or related fields. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in quality management, with a proven track record in leading and establishing large-scale quality management projects.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, analytical mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both Norwegian and English is required.
