We are seeking an experienced Chief Security Consulting Officer to lead our security consulting business in Norway.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is between 1200000 and 1800000 NOK, depending on experience.

Job Description

The Chief Security Consulting Officer will be responsible for managing all consulting activities in Telenor Cyberdefence. This includes performance management of the company's security consulting business, with responsibility for the consulting P&L, as well as people management in all its aspects, from recruitment to performance evaluation and competence enhancement.

This role requires experience in managing a sizable IT consulting business, preferably within security consulting. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Nordic security market, Microsoft Azure, and existing/upcoming security technologies.

  • Lead digital transformation projects together with customers, with a Cloud First strategy.
  • Advocate for other TCD deliverables, such as penetration testing, MDR, and managed services.
  • Define security consulting services to be offered by TCD and continuously develop these services.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and storyteller, able to co-operate with sales functions and service portfolio functions. They will have the ability to think end-to-end and pull the company in the right direction.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in managing a sizable IT consulting business, preferably within security consulting.
  • Broad experience from Microsoft Azure and the overall security portfolio in the Microsoft universe.
  • A sound understanding of the Nordic security market and especially the Nordic security consulting industry.
