As a Recruiting Agent, you will be part of our dynamic Logistics team, working closely with the Hiring & Quality Team Lead and a team dedicated to optimizing the applicant and rider experience.

Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct high-volume outbound calls to applicants and new riders to ensure smooth communication.
  2. Guide potential riders through the application steps, helping them overcome challenges and move forward.
  3. Reach set engagement targets of new riders through structured and efficient work in our engagement portal.
  4. Assist newly engaged riders in getting started efficiently.
  5. Achieve accurate documentation of interactions in our systems and track data using tools like Sheets.
  6. Build positive relationships with applicants and riders by providing exceptional service.
  7. Collaborate with the recruitment and logistics teams to enhance the onboarding experience.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have:

  1. Education: A Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
  2. Experience: Previous experience in customer service, recruitment, or an administrative role with frequent outbound/inbound calls.
  3. Technical skills: Proficiency with G-Suite (Sheets and Slides), experience with support systems (ticketing system or similar).
  4. Language: Fluency in Norwegian and English, both verbal and written. Additional languages count as a plus.

You should also possess essential soft skills such as being friendly, empathetic, and skilled at problem-solving, and having a passion for delivering excellent results.
