Job Overview

TN Norway is seeking a skilled Clinical Research Professional to join our team in Oslo, Norway. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine site visits, managing assigned sites, and ensuring site compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform site visits independently, including pre-study, initiation, interim monitoring, and closeout visits.
  • Manage assigned sites by regular contact with site personnel to ensure site compliance and adequate enrollment.
  • Review CRFs, generate queries, and resolve against established data review guidelines or data management systems as applicable.

We are looking for an experienced professional who can work independently and proactively in a matrix environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • University degree in medical or life sciences, nursing education, or other relevant healthcare college degree.
  • At least 3-4 years of independent clinical trial monitoring experience.
  • High level of knowledge of ICH GCP Guidelines and regulatory requirements.
