**Job Summary**

This position is a key part of our Supply Chain Operations team, responsible for sourcing, contract management, and procurement of materials and services for daily operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business needs
  • Manage and lead sourcing processes, negotiate contracts, and evaluate supplier performance
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to drive performance and improve supply chain efficiency
  • Monitor and analyze supplier markets to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain effective supplier relationships to ensure safe and reliable operations

**Requirements**

  • 5 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Fluent/good abilities in English and Norwegian, both verbal and written
