Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Debt Listing Advisor to join our team at Euronext. As a key member of our Regulatory Services team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bond listing process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify bond listing applications for accuracy and completeness.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, external partners, and customers to ensure timely and efficient processing of listings.
  • Collaborate with Market Administration and Market Data departments to ensure seamless integration of listing data.
  • Publish listing documents on our website and maintain accurate records of listings.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the team.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and Norwegian.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong administrative, data entry, and IT skills.
  • Proven query management, communication, and business writing skills.
  • Customer-centric approach with the ability to put clients first.
  • Collaborative approach with strong ability to work well with other team members across cultures.
  • Knowledge/experience of financial products and securities markets is a distinct advantage.
