Debt Listing Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Debt Listing Specialist to join our team at Euronext. As a key member, you'll play a vital role in reviewing bond listings on the Oslo Børs and Nordic ABM markets.
As a Debt Listing Specialist, you'll work closely with our business side, external partners, and customers globally. Your ability to contribute to effective solutions and interest in the capital market will be invaluable.
Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing applications for bond listings on the Oslo Børs and Nordic ABM markets.
- Liaising with Norwegian financial intermediaries submitting bond listing applications on behalf of issuers.
- Verifying and extracting data from documents received for upload to our local data management system.
- Liaising with Market Administration and Market Data departments regarding the listing of bonds.
- Publishing listing documents on the website of Oslo Børs.
- Performing other administrative tasks as required.
In addition to the Oslo markets, you'll also be responsible for the Dublin markets, where your tasks will include categorizing debt submissions and entering data into our database system for processing listing applications.
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Fluency in Norwegian and professional proficiency in English.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, as well as the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong administrative, data entry, and general IT skills.
- Proven query management, communication, and business writing skills.
- A customer-centric approach with the ability to prioritize our clients' needs.
- A collaborative approach with strong ability to work well with other team members across cultures.
- Knowledge or experience of financial products and securities markets is a distinct advantage.
- Candidates with recent graduates or experience in administration, business, finance, legal, or related areas are suitable for the position.

This role is located at Oslo Børs in Oslo and reports to the Regulatory Services Manager in Dublin and Head of Equity Listing Nordics in Oslo.
