Job Description
As a Service Support Assistant, you will manage the invoicing, payment processing, and financial record-keeping processes using our ERP system. Your primary goal will be to drive the process, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with service contract managers, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient process flow.

Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize our billing operations from order fulfillment to invoicing
• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and revenue recognition
• Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor process performance
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Team Overview
The Service Operations department consists of 300 colleagues worldwide who are responsible for operational execution within our market segments. You will be part of this team and work closely with colleagues in the Nordics to deliver innovative solutions and services to clients in the region.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in handling various billing-related tasks
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Oracle ERP systems and other relevant software is a bonus
• Fluent in English; proficiency in a Nordic language is a plus
