Job Summary:

NES Fircroft is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator/Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our projects and services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Criticality Assessments: Participate in the Alliance's criticality assessments as required, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Quality Management: Coordinate incomplete or missing Company criticality assessments, and ensure that the assessment is used as the basis for mark-up and follow-up inspection and test plans.
  • Manning Plan: Establish a manning plan for Company inspectors as required, ensuring that the right personnel are allocated to the right tasks.
  • Inspector Familiarization: Develop and implement a familiarization program for Company inspectors, ensuring that they have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inspection Allocation: Allocate Company engineers and inspectors to relevant inspection activities, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to ensure quality and compliance.
  • PIMS Quality Management: Establish and follow up on the PIMS quality management module for inspection follow-up and reporting, ensuring that all necessary data is collected and analyzed.
  • FFA Alignment: Align with FFA activities to ensure a common approach to quality management, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Inspection Follow-up: Follow up on the Alliance's performance of inspections as agreed, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to ensure quality and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Competence: Ensure that inspectors have the necessary competence to perform their duties effectively.
  • Witness Points: Ensure that witness points are not waived, and that the criticality assessment is updated to reflect any changes.
  • Reporting: Ensure that timely reporting is maintained, and that findings are handled in an appropriate manner by FFA and shared with the Company.
