Job Purpose:

To develop production processes that meet or exceed performance standards, while ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Main Accountabilities:
  • Develop and improve existing production processes
  • Create production documentation, including assembly & test procedures, work instructions, CNC programs, and/or routings
  • Schedule and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines

This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a passion for continuous improvement. If you have experience in manufacturing process development and a background in engineering, we encourage you to apply.
