This role is responsible for overseeing the overall management of Norway and Iceland network business, including new dealer development, dealer management and maintenance, dealer operation evaluation, and unqualified dealer identification.
The key responsibilities include assisting the Country Manager in defining and implementing network plans to achieve the planned size of the BYD network, monitoring performance improvement growth processes at POS, identifying opportunities for improvement of dealer POS, and regular visits to dealers to maintain local network development and identify their performance.
This position also involves assisting dealership and related contract/agreement negotiations, coordinating with all relevant resources to adjust business processes and align task roles from all business levels and functions, ensuring dealers follow BYD CI, VI and store audit, preparing store audit materials and communicating with HQ, conducting regular dealer operation quality evaluations, and making relevant recommendations.
