Job Overview

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Network Development Specialist in Norway and Iceland.

About the Role

As the first overseas subsidiary of BYD group, we provide European customers with new energy vehicles, rechargeable batteries, solar panels, energy storage systems, and related after-sales services. This role is responsible for the overall management of Norway and Iceland network business, including new dealer development, dealer management, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Network Planning and Execution: Assist the Country Manager in defining and implementing the network plan to achieve the planned size of the BYD network.
  2. Performance Improvement: Monitor performance growth processes at POS and identify opportunities for improvement of dealer POS.
  3. Dealer Management: Regularly visit dealers to maintain local network development and identify performance issues.
  4. Negotiations and Coordination: Assist in dealership and contract/agreement negotiations, and coordinate with relevant resources to adjust business processes and align task roles.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant education, business management, engineering, or marketing background.
  • 5 years related working experience in the Automotive industry in the region.
  • Project Management skills, expert in business acumen, including interpretation of financial statements and retail industry business dynamics.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and verbal. Knowledge of additional Nordic languages is a plus.
