B2B Account Manager Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven and relationship-focused B2B Account Manager to join our team in Norway. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, as well as further developing and strengthening existing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and reach out to new corporate customers, focusing on property managers, parking operators, and businesses in need of efficient mobility solutions.
  2. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure growth and customer satisfaction.
  3. Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor EasyPark's services.
  4. Presentation and sales of innovative parking and mobility solutions to relevant decision-makers.
  5. Lead the entire sales process – from prospecting to contract signing and implementation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with documented results in outreach sales and customer management.
  • Experience with selling complex services, preferably SaaS solutions.
  • Able to quickly understand customer needs and develop strategic solutions.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems to manage sales processes.
  • Experience working with public clients and larger companies is an advantage but not required.
