About the Trainee Program

Program Overview

The 16-month program includes three rotations, one of which will be abroad. You'll have the chance to experience different roles and placements across the organization, working on various projects and collaborating with our talented team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn about talent acquisition and the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across Statkraft's various business areas, countries, and specializations
  • Understand and learn why employer branding is so important both internally and externally in a company and how to do it effectively across the organization and different talent groups
  • Participate in various local and global projects, including adopting new tools and technology
  • Rotate through three different teams, including one in another country
Qualifications

We're looking for recent graduates with a Master's degree in relevant areas such as HR, business/finance, organizational psychology, social sciences, or similar. You should have no more than one year of work experience post-education (excluding internships/part-time jobs) and be fluent in English. Other European languages are an asset.
