About the Trainee Program

Statkraft is a leading company in the renewable energy sector, and we are looking for talented individuals to join our Trainee Program. As a Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn about talent acquisition and development, including recruitment, employer branding, and onboarding
  • Understand the importance of employer branding and how to effectively communicate it across the organization
  • Participate in local and global projects, including the adoption of new tools and technology
  • Rotate through three different roles, including one abroad, to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company and the industry
Qualifications

We are looking for recent graduates with a strong academic background and a passion for the renewable energy sector. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Master's degree in a relevant field, such as HR, business, or organizational psychology
  • No more than one year of work experience post-education
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • A curious and open-minded approach to new challenges and environments
  • Fluency in English, with other European languages an asset
