About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales Manager to join our team at SLB Capturi, a leading carbon capture technology company. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our market reach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support strategic sales efforts across our core markets and key accounts, working closely with our strategic accounts and regional sales teams.
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales, key account, and business development plan to drive growth and expand market reach.
  • Identify and establish relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and finance to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to identify new business opportunities and emerging market segments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business management, master's degree preferred.
  • 5-10+ years in business development or commercial development positions within the new energies or climate tech sectors, preferably in carbon capture & storage and/or direct air capture project development.
  • Knowledge of carbon capture technologies, energy markets, and environmental regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully closing deals and meeting sales targets with large capital projects across different delivery models.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
