SLB Capturi is a leading carbon capture technology company. 

We serve a range of carbon-emitting industries including cement, blue hydrogen, bio/waste-to-energy, and gas-to-power among others. Through our portfolio of projects, we are mitigating the environmental cost of industrial activity for a cleaner, more sustainable future. We see a daily growth in our market potential as a rising number of customers look to carbon capture utilization and storage (CCUS) and our company to solve their emissions challenges. 

SLB Capturi is one of the leading companies globally that has extensive knowledge of the entire CCUS value chain. We have many ongoing projects, from research and innovation, including pilot plant testing, to concept studies and to large EPC projects, both in Europe and in the United States. Today, we are delivering seven carbon capture units in Europe, with an accumulated capture capacity of 1 million tonnes of CO2. In Denmark, we are delivering five Just Catch 100 units to Ørsted, in the Netherlands one Just Catch 100 unit to Twence, and in Norway a Big Catch to Heidelberg Materials. 

Strategic Sales Manager

Your responsibilities  

  • Lead and support strategic sales efforts across our core markets and key accounts, working closely with our strategic accounts and regional sales teams
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and qualification to negotiations and contract signing.
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales, key account and business development plan to drive growth and expand market reach.
  • Identify and establish relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and finance to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to identify new business opportunities and emerging market segments.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to assess market potential and guide strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients, highlighting the unique benefits and value of SLB Capturisolutions.


Your qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business management, master's degree preferred.
  • 5 -10+ years in business development or commercial development positions within the new energies or climate tech sectors, preferably in carbon capture & storage and/or direct air capture project development.
  • Knowledge of carbon capture technologies, energy markets, and environmental regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully closing deals and meeting sales targets with large capital projects across different delivery models.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
