Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Head of Service Portfolio to join our team at Telenor Cyberdefence HQ in Oslo/Fornebu. As a key member of the Telenor Cyberdefence Management Team, you will be responsible for defining and managing the company's portfolio of services, including managed security services and security consulting services. Your role will also involve market analyses, strategic pricing, partnering initiatives with strategic vendors and sales channels, and management of third-party products.
Key Responsibilities- Understand the Nordic market for security services and the needs of various customer segments.
- Understand main technology trends within the Nordic market for security services and how to use these technologies in Telenor Cyberdefence.
- Define and manage a modern and lean portfolio of managed security services and security consulting services.
- Ensure defined security services are delivered by Telenor Cyberdefence in an effective and profitable manner.
- Be the bridge between the sales function and managed security operations and security consulting.
- Work with strategic pricing to secure profitability of Telenor Cyberdefence's service portfolio.
- Build lasting partnerships with strategic vendors and sales channels.
- Manage third-party products within Telenor Cyberdefence, including price negotiations with vendors and distribution logistics and administration.
- Communicate and interact effectively across organizational boundaries, within and outside Telenor Cyberdefence and Telenor Group.
