Job Overview

As a Customer Training and Onboarding Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Conducting comprehensive training sessions for new clients by assessing and configuring their software to ensure a smooth start.
- Facilitating a positive onboarding experience for new customers, reinforcing their decision to partner with us.
- Collaborating with Support, Sales, and Customer Success teams to relay customer feedback, enhancing our services and identifying upsell potential.
- Providing both online and in-person training sessions tailored to new and existing clients in your area of expertise.
- Assisting in the creation of training materials and content for both virtual and classroom training environments.
- Contributing to the development of resources for our on-demand learning platform, including the production of instructional video content.
- Organizing and managing logistics for training sessions, including setting up webinars and preparing training environments.
- Assessing the knowledge of participants to identify further training requirements and measure effectiveness.
- Actively recognizing additional training needs and communicating them to Sales or Leadership for follow-up.
- Sharing insights and knowledge within the team to foster a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

To excel in this position, you should possess:

- In-depth knowledge of our products is highly desirable.
- Proven experience as a product trainer in both virtual and physical settings.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- A valid driver's license.
- Strong ability to understand and address customer concerns regarding product usage, along with troubleshooting skills.
- A genuine enthusiasm for technology and a commitment to being part of a dynamic SaaS organization.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Marketing, and Services.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills, with clear articulation and effective intonation.
- Strong active listening capabilities.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Initiative and the ability to work independently.
- A collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach.
- Confidence in presenting to groups, whether in physical or virtual formats.
- Strong relationship-building abilities.
- A pragmatic and proactive attitude.

- A commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement.
- Fluency in both Danish and Norwegian.
