Job Overview

As a Training and Onboarding Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting training sessions for new clients by understanding and configuring their software solutions to ensure a smooth start.
- Facilitating onboarding processes for new customers, ensuring their initial experience with our services is exceptional and reinforces their decision to partner with us.
- Collaborating closely with Support, Sales, and Customer Success teams to relay customer feedback, enhance our offerings, and identify potential upsell opportunities.
- Delivering both online and in-person training sessions at client locations for new and existing customers in your area of expertise.
- Assisting in the creation of training materials and content for both virtual and in-person classroom training sessions.
- Contributing to the development of resources for our virtual and on-demand learning platform, including the production of video tutorials for our product suite.
- Organizing and managing training sessions, including setting up webinars, preparing classrooms, and inviting participants.
- Assessing the knowledge of customers participating in training to identify their needs and measure effectiveness.
- Proactively recognizing additional training requirements and communicating them to Sales or Leadership for action.
- Sharing knowledge and insights within the team to foster collaboration and support.

Qualifications

To excel in this position, you should possess:

- In-depth knowledge of our products is highly preferred.
- Experience as a product trainer in both virtual and physical classroom settings.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- A valid driver's license.
- The ability to understand customer concerns regarding product usage and troubleshoot as necessary.
- A passion for technology and a desire to contribute to a rapidly growing SaaS organization.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Marketing, Services).
- Exceptional communication skills, particularly verbal.
- Clear articulation and good intonation.
- Strong active listening abilities.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Initiative and the ability to work independently.
- A collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
- Confidence in presenting to groups (8-10 in physical settings and larger in virtual environments).
- Strong relationship-building capabilities.
- A pragmatic, can-do attitude.
- Proactivity and the ability to take initiative.
- Empathy for customers.
- Flexibility to navigate uncertainty and change effectively.
- A demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- Fluency in Danish and Norwegian.
