You are a visionary leader with experience in Norwegian cuisine, a passion for innovation, and a deep understanding of kitchen operations.

Culinary Excellence
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef to drive culinary excellence across all hotel outlets.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards in food preparation, quality, and presentation.
  • Lead menu development, incorporating seasonal, locally sourced ingredients into innovative Nordic-inspired dishes.

Visionary Leadership You will foster a high-performing team, providing leadership, training, and mentorship to kitchen staff. Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including IKMat standards.
