Our 145-room hotel, built primarily from sustainable wood, features two distinct restaurants, a rooftop wellness retreat with a heated infinity pool, an outdoor adventure hub, and event spaces with panoramic views. Now Hiring: Head Chef

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead and further develop Restaurant ATTME, setting new culinary standards in Bodø. You are a visionary leader with experience in Norwegian cuisine, a passion for innovation, and a deep understanding of kitchen operations. You take full ownership of the guest experience and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef to drive culinary excellence across all hotel outlets.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards in food preparation, quality, and presentation.
  • Lead menu development, incorporating seasonal, locally sourced ingredients into innovative Nordic-inspired dishes.
  • Foster a high-performing team, providing leadership, training, and mentorship to kitchen staff.
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including IKMat standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience, from special events to tailored dining experiences.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a senior leadership role in a high-volume restaurant or hotel.
  • Culinary certification with strong knowledge in Norwegian and Nordic cuisine.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining exceptional quality and efficiency.
  • A passion for sustainability, innovation, and creating unforgettable dining experiences.
