About the Role
The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) will be responsible for driving commercial strategy and initiatives at Additech AS. This includes overseeing sales, marketing, business development, and customer service efforts to achieve company growth and revenue goals.
This role requires a strong leader with knowledge of additive manufacturing and its strategic potential. Building relationships with key clients is essential, as is fostering cross-functional collaboration and ensuring customer satisfaction and sustainable, profitable growth.
Key Requirements
- Relevant bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or business administration
- 2+ years of experience in the industry within engineering and design; experience in sales and business development is an advantage
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
