The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient handling of goods within the store. This includes maintaining product care and adhering to company guidelines and KPIs. Additionally, they will manage the warehouse team to provide collaborative support to the front office staff, minimizing inventory losses.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain the integrity of products according to established standards;
  2. Oversee daily operations, including receipt and storage of merchandise, preparation for sales floor display, and optimization of timing efficiency;
  3. E nsure seamless shop-to-shop and returns transfers align with company protocols and timelines;
  4. Coordinate e-commerce order fulfillment (Prada.com or e-tailers) to meet required service levels;
  5. Manage damaged and non-sellable products (On Hold, Consignment, etc.);
  6. Control products under repair;
  7. Organize packaging, stationery, system displays, uniforms, gifts, and product documentation;
  8. Ensure proper protection and packaging of products within the store and for transfers, including e-commerce shipments;
  9. Promptly investigate any theft incidents, documenting all communication and procedures;
  10. Accurately record product movement and related documentation in the IT system;
  11. Conduct physical and cycle inventories of finished products and accessory locations (packaging, stationery, and engineering materials), adhering to company timelines;
  12. Support sales activities within the warehouse;
  13. Maintain a secure and clean environment within the warehouse;
  14. Provide operational coverage during working hours based on store manager needs;
  15. Rationalize available spaces (collaborating with the store manager and store operations manager);
  16. Support sales associates in the sales process and collaborate with visual merchandising when necessary;
  17. Update archives on a monthly basis;
  18. Ensure confidentiality regarding alarm codes and adherence to security guidelines;
  19. Communicate with relevant store operations managers, especially for exceptions and escalations;
  20. Implement KPI updates, guidelines, and company procedures from store operations managers, store managers, or headquarters;
  21. Plan departmental tasks, manage employees, and provide adequate training;
  22. Evaluate employee performance and conduct relative evaluation interviews aligned with store managers;
  23. Distribute tasks and responsibilities among resources effectively;
  24. Provide necessary information for task execution;
  25. Induct new resources through coaching, training, feedback, and other methods;
  26. Align employee behavior with group standards;
  27. Rationalize and strengthen staff attitudes, prioritizing personal skills;
  28. Care for warehouse personnel properly;
  29. Achieve operational efficiency while maintaining high-quality customer experience.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a similar role;
  • Strong knowledge of luxury goods and products;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Very good knowledge of English language.
