Orkla Health is a leading Nordic branded consumer health company in the fields of food supplements, oral care, wound care, and personal care.

We have several strong brands, including Möller's, Jordan, Vitaepro, Oslo Skin Lab, Salvequick, Maxim, and Solidox. We sell products to pharmacies, GFT, direct to consumers, and contract manufacturing.

The Strategy & Business Developer will support the Strategy & Business Development Director and leadership team in driving strategic projects, M&A and integration initiatives, and performance improvements.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting the development of strategies and business plans
  2. Identifying operational inefficiencies and recommending data-driven improvements
  3. Leading or supporting growth initiatives, including financial modelling, due diligence, and post-merger integration
  4. Driving implementation of change initiatives across business units
  5. Conducting market scans, developing financial models, and assessing business impacts
  6. Preparing executive materials, facilitating cross-functional workshops, and ensuring smooth project execution

We're looking for someone with a strong track record in strategy development, M&A processes, and large-scale transformations, with excellent stakeholder management skills and a proven ability to navigate complex environments.
