At Orkla Health, we are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Strategy & Business Developer. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact on the future of consumer health.
This role will support the Strategy & Business Development Director and leadership team in driving strategic projects, M&A and integration initiatives, and performance improvements. As a Strategy & Business Developer, you'll help turn leadership priorities into actionable plans and drive their execution.
The key responsibilities and tasks include:
- Strategy & Growth
- Business Performance Optimization
- Strategic Project Execution
- Change Management
- Analysis & Reporting
- Stakeholder Alignment
To succeed in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, 2-3 years of experience preferably from a top-tier management consulting or corporate strategy roles, and hands-on experience with strategy development, M&A processes, and large-scale transformations.
We're looking for someone with a solution-oriented, analytical, and strategic mindset, who can structure complex problems and analysis, deliver insights under tight deadlines, and manage different stakeholder landscapes.
