Your New Role:
We're seeking a highly motivated and process-driven Project Manager to join our Business Transformation team. As a key member of our team, you'll work on your own initiative to drive business change and deliver new product development processes.
Based at our Kristiansand site, you'll be responsible for planning, organizing, tracking, and reporting on project activities to meet transformation and project objectives. You'll also engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop activity plans to meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate high-level business objectives into actionable plans, identifying and managing milestones and dependencies.
- Establish project budget and benefits plan; manage activity to budget, identify and analyze variance; drive activity to release and validate benefit to plan.
- Hold the project team to account for delivery of outcomes of the plan: time, cost, and quality.
- Identify and engage with project stakeholders to understand their needs, issues, and challenges, accurately recording project requirements and developing the activity plans to meet them.
- Engage and lead the project team; communicate the project vision and outcomes needed along with guidance to achieve defined outcomes.
- Organize the project team for success, communicating clear vision for project impact and outcomes.
- Manage the project team through gateway approvals process and ad hoc assurance reviews.
- Identify and evaluate risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints associated with the project, escalating where appropriate.
- Implement appropriate project controls to monitor progress and delivery of benefit.
- Assess business impact and develop appropriate change management plans to inform, engage, and support colleagues in new ways of working.
- Provide appropriate documentation and training to enable successful transition to business as usual.
- Contribute to project and programme management communities of practice, supporting business colleagues to develop and utilize project and programme skills in the wider business.
