
Client Success Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Client Success Manager to join our team at Wolt. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that our restaurant partners achieve their business goals and objectives on our platform.
In this role, you will work closely with our restaurant partners to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to drive business growth. You will lead strategic renegotiations to introduce new products and services, and provide consultation on improvements, quality checks, and creative strategies to enhance partner performance.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in account management roles, with a strong commercial mindset driving growth and profitability. You will possess exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, with the ability to adapt dialogue and negotiations to suit diverse audiences.
